For All Custom Fit Orders: Customized dresses are made just for you and no one else. We are sorry, but in general, we do not accept returns on custom-size dresses. However, if there are any damaged, defective or mis-shipped items, we will offer a refund or resend new ones to provide a hassle-free shopping experience.

All of our styles are made to order. Please refer to the estimated delivery date shown above for the latest processing and delivery estimate.

We recommend providing your event date when placing your order so our team can better understand your timeline. Processing and delivery times may vary depending on the season and order volume, so we encourage you to allow enough time for production, delivery and any local alterations you may require. While we cannot guarantee delivery by your event date, we will do our best to support your timeline.

2. What is included with this item?

Please check the product title and description for the exact items included. A suit may be sold as a jacket only, a two-piece set or a three-piece set. Shirts, waistcoats, trousers, ties and other accessories are included only when specifically stated in the product description.

If you are unsure what is included, please feel free to contact our customer service team before ordering.

3. How do I choose the right size? Can I select different sizes for each piece?

Please compare your body measurements with the size guide on the product page. If needed, you may select different sizes for the jacket, waistcoat and trousers by choosing custom sizing or leaving your sizing requirements in the order notes.

Our team will email you after your order has been placed to confirm the details. An order placed in a standard size remains a standard-size order unless you request mixed sizing, custom measurements or other alterations. These requests are treated as customisation, and the resulting customised items are not eligible for return.

4. Can I return my order?

Standard-size items may be returned in accordance with our Return Policy. To request a return, please email service@pomuyoo.co.uk within 15 calendar days of delivery. Please contact us before returning any item so our customer service team can guide you through the process and provide the correct return address.

For returns unrelated to a quality issue, please note that original delivery charges, rush fees and return postage are non-refundable.

As customised items are made especially for you, we are unable to accept returns of items made to custom measurements, mixed-size orders or items altered from a standard size. If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will be happy to assist you.

5. Can I request changes to my order after placing it?

If you would like to request changes to your order details, please email service@pomuyoo.co.uk within 24 hours of placing your order. Please include your order number and the changes you would like to request.

We will do our best to assist you. However, once production has started, we may be unable to make further changes.
